Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * d/rules: Fixup typo in override_dh_auto_build target, also override
    dh_auto_clean for all python versions.

Ubuntu delta has been included in Debian.

Changelog entries since current saucy version 0.10-1ubuntu2:

stevedore (0.10-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Removed pkg-openstack as maintainer uppon request form Julien.
  * Switched to debhelper 9.
  * Added python3 support, thanks to patch from James Patch (Closes: #719223).
  * Cannonical VCS URLs.
