Title:
  Sync java-atk-wrapper 0.30.4-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “java-atk-wrapper” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Please sync java-atk-wrapper 0.30.4-4 (main) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Ensure backwards compatible bytecode is built (LP: #1049777):
      - d/p/autoconf-enable-javacflags.patch: Update autoconf configuration
        to support use of JAVACFLAGS during build process.
      - d/rules: Supply JAVACFLAGS to ensure source/target is set to 1.5.
    * Build for multi-arch
    * Initial Ubuntu packaging, based on Debian pkg-a11y git (LP: #790427)

  The Ubuntu useful changes were merged in 0.30.4-4.

  Changelog entries since current saucy version 0.30.4-0ubuntu4:
