Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add 100-xwininfo-bad-screen.patch: Fix wininfo segfault when called
    with out-of-range display number.
    (LP: #1028274)

This is included upstream in the newer xwininfo included here as
