I'm afraid my familiarity with the Ubuntu methods is falling short in 
this case. Does subscribing someone to the bug mean I have to click the 
"Subscribe to bug mail" link on the packages's page? In this case am I 
supposed to fill the text entry with the string 'sponsors'?
