I'd have merged all of the revisions into 0.5.3 - you only need to bump
the version once per upload to Ubuntu.

Bug description:
  1.  add the gtk2.0 theme and modify the metacity-theme-1.xml (#1161181,  #1161185);
  2.  set button-layout to left (#1165298);
  3. add plymouth-text for ubuntukylin (#1169013).
