Bug description:
  Apologies for requesting this after the beta freeze start. This is a
  new bugfix-only release that needs to be synced to quantal.

  retext (3.1.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * New upstream bugfix release
    * Add Slovak translation (from Transifex)
    * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.4, no changes needed

  List of changes from upstream git stable branch:

  - saveFileMain: don't replace tab's file name with empty value (fixes issues with "Save file as" dialog)
  - Popen export extensions commands with shell=True
  - Remove fileName argument of createTab() as it is always equal to an empty string
  - Updated translations
