Title:
  The videos feed no longer loads

Status in “totem-plugin-arte” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Since two weeks, the Arte+7 plugin is no longer able to load the
  videos feed, which makes it unusable.

  This is because Arte changed its API.

  This bug was fixed upstream by this commit:
  https://gitorious.org/totem-plugin-arte/mainline/commit/d654a1012ca0a1f2e0a164dd5b7066de95cce2ae

  A new release was made and this bug is now fixed in Quantal and in
  Debian.

  However, the patch still needs to be backported on former Ubuntu
  releases.

  [Test Case]
  - install the totem-plugin-arte package on Precise or Oneiric
  - launch totem, activate the Arte plugin
  - The Arte video feed should appear on the side panel

  [Regression Potential]
  I don't see any.
  The current package is broken and the patch is already both on Debian and in Quantal.
