Leaf application, not on any images, and by all accounts it's entirely
broken right now - so yes, this seems reasonable.

Bug description:
  In respect to launchpad report for Quantal(Ubuntu12.10- developer
  version)

  which describes morse-simulator (0.5.2-1)[Universe] as not startable
  with the actual  blender (2.63a-1ubuntu1) [Universe] ,on which morse-
  simulator depends on, a upstream report has been filed and can be
  found here:

  The development of a  new version of morse-simulator(0.6) has been
  started for fixing the described issue and should be finished ,as can
  be seen in the upstream report, until the end of September.

  The first alpha is available on Debian:

  http://packages.debian.org/experimental/morse-simulator

  Please sync from Debian experimental main this version of morse-
  simulator0.6 to Ubuntu12.10 Quantal.
