[Bug 1051911] [NEW] Ship stable version of fwknop

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Christian Kampka (kampka):

fwknop is often a single point of failure when used to secure firewalls.
A failing fwknop will most likely result in an inaccessible server for
the administrator. Since fwknop 2.x is a complete rewrite of the
software in a another language, shipping a release candidate version of
it seams rather reckless to me. Ubuntu should ship at least a reasonably
stable version to minimize the risk for admins to lock themselves out
when upgrading.
