Thank you for making this patch. A recommends on xchat-indicator isn't
appropriate as it's only useful in an environment that has indicators.
However, an Enhances: xchat for the xchat-indicator binary would be
quite appropriate.  Unsubscribing sponsors for the moment, please
resubscribe if there is something new to sponsor.

Bug description:
  The package xchat-indicator offers the ability to install the stand
  alone notification plugins for Unity & Gnome.

  This bug is requesting the addition of the xchat-indicator package as
  a Recommends for the xchat. I have attached a patch with the proposed
  change.
