Bug description:
  Please sync elasticache 1.6.00-1 (multiverse) from Debian unstable
  (non-free)

  Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: As part of
  https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/servercloud-q-awstools ,
  the decision was made to include more AWS tools in Ubuntu. The delay
  in getting this into Ubuntu was caused by delays in getting this into
  Debian (i.e. finding a Debian sponsor). The original Ubuntu bug was
  LP: #1020175

  All changelog entries:

  elasticache (1.6.00-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * Initial release. Closes: #679961
    * Aggregation of all elastic-* commands into elasticache command via
      symlinks.
