Bug description:
  Please sync dragonegg 3.1-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Use GCC 4.7 by default.
    
  dragonegg 3.1-3 now builds with the GCC 4.7. There is no need to maintain the Ubuntu Delta now.
