Vishnu, the debdiff has not been updated to remove the change Micah
referred to. Also, because Ubuntu 12.04 LTS is released, the
distribution name in the debian/changelog file should be 'precise-
proposed', not 'precise'. I have made these changes and uploaded.

Bug description:
  Letodms can not be installed in precise because it depends on php-
  letodms-lucene, which depends on zendframework, which is not
  available.
