The supplied application does not work, the service it is supposed to
connect to is closed down. It has since started a few new project with
exactly the same name, but written in other scripting languages (eg
ruby). This one does not do anything else but show some bugs.

It should be removed. New users shouldn't have to figure out this
program haven't been working since before work on quantal was even
started, and the developers of the tools with the same name shouldn't
have to get a lot of bug reports for this tool in their bugtrackers.

Bug description:
  github-cli 1.0 depends on GitHub API v2 which will be dropped on May
  1st 2012:

  https://github.com/blog/1090-github-api-moving-on

  Especially the authentication via GitHub tokens won't be available
  anymore which renders this app more or less useless.
