Bug description:
Sometimes the notification bar of gnome-shell (3.6) disappears. If
this happens, moving the mouse to the bottom does nothing. Also, when
showing the activities, there is no notification bar at the bottom. I
have to restart gnome-shell to bring it back. I cannot reproduce this,
it just happens from time to time (several times a day).
