[Bug 1080096] [NEW] Sync transmission-remote-cli 1.4.5-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

The version of transmission in raring is not in sync with Debian unstable, and
hence, is not supported by the version of transmission-remote-cli currently in
raring. Please sync transmission-remote-cli 1.4.5-1 (universe) from Debian
experimental (main) to fix this.
