You have been subscribed to a public bug by Jonathan McCrohan (jmccrohan):

The version of transmission in raring is not in sync with Debian unstable, and
hence, is not supported by the version of transmission-remote-cli currently in
raring. Please sync transmission-remote-cli 1.4.5-1 (universe) from Debian
experimental (main) to fix this.

Thanks,
Jon
