Title:
  Sync libskk 1.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “libskk” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync libskk 1.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/patches/missing-header.patch:
      - Add missing header that caused an implicitly converted pointer. This
        made the buildd FTBFS on amd64.
  The missing header was added in the new upstream version of libskk present in Debian.

  Changelog entries since current raring version 0.0.12-3ubuntu1:

  libskk (1.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * New upstream release
