Title:
  Sync yate 4.1.0-1~dfsg-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “yate” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync yate 4.1.0-1~dfsg-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Backport from Debian SVN branch (Jeroen Dekkers):
      - Remove libh323 build-dependency and yate-h323chan package as h323 has
        been disabled (Closes: #680818)
    * Backport from Debian SVN branch (Jeroen Dekkers):
      - Remove libh323 build-dependency and yate-h323chan package as h323 has
        been disabled (Closes: #680818)

  Ubuntu changes has been adopted by Debian. It should be safe to sync
  directly from Debian now.

  Changelog entries since current raring version 4.1.0-1~dfsg-2ubuntu1:

  yate (4.1.0-1~dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Urgency medium as this fixes three RC bugs for wheezy
    * Cleanup debian/rules - restores missing modules
      - Fixes "Do not call dh_installinit twice" (Closes: #680563)
      - Fixes "package "yate" doesn't ship any module at all" (Closes: #683229)
    * Remove h323 Build-Depends and package - fixes FTBFS (Closes: #680818)
    * Add necessary Replaces
      - Fixes "modifies conffiles during squeeze2wheezy upgrade (policy
      10.7.3): /etc/yate/providers.conf" (Closes: #689780)
