A 3.2MB Ubuntu diff seems wrong.  Also, did you talk to porthose (TIL)
about this?  I seem to recall something special about gallery2.

      + Set versioned Depends on smarty (Closes: #556256)
      + Update to Standards-Version 3.8.3
      + Utilize ${misc:Depends}
