Status in “libsecret” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  debian/control is missing the needed annotations to actually its
  internal multiarch dependencies.

  This is needed to preserve gvfs-libs to be multiarch installable which
  depends on libsecret-1-0
