Title:
  Sync libaugeas-ruby 0.4.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “libaugeas-ruby” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync libaugeas-ruby 0.4.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/control: Build-Depends on libxml2-dev, fix FTBFS
    * Build again for ruby1.9.
    * debian/control: remove ruby1.9 build-dep as we don't want it in main.

  Hi, now we build package for ruby 1.9 and the debian package now builds
  fine in quantal pbuilder without build-depends on libxml2-dev.

  Cheers,

  Changelog entries since current quantal version 0.3.0-1.1ubuntu4:
