  missing libatlas-dev dependency for libshogun-dev

Status in “shogun” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.04
  libshogun-dev needs libatlas-dev but the package management does not seem to be aware of the dependency.

  Ubuntu's config.h in libshogun-dev indicates HAVE_ATLAS which trigers
  #include <atlas/clapack.h> which is part of libatlas-dev. But
  libatlas-dev was not installed as a dependency of libshogun-dev, it
  should be added to the package.
