Title:
Sync policycoreutils 2.1.10-6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “policycoreutils” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Please sync policycoreutils 2.1.10-6 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian testing (LP: #896730). Remaining changes:
      - Multiarch support in Makefile (LP: #832802)
      - debian/postinst: move restorecon to a higher startup level.

  * Multiarch support has been included in debian since policycoreutils 2.1.0-3.1
  * I'm not sure we still want restorecon to a higher startup level, what do you
    think about?
