Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from debian unstable (LP: #904199).  Remaining changes:
    - Apply patch from Vladimir Kravets to resolve Coolkey
      not working with ActiveKey Sim. (LP: #786682)

The patch has been imported in coolkey 1.1.0-11 closing #634870.

This sync (should) also closes LP: #654400.

  * The coolkey device driver has been updated to follow the new Card
    Compatibility Container (CCC) specification, so that

    Dep3 headers updated in debian/patches files;

coolkey (1.1.0-11) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control: Fix libckyapplet1-dev_1.1.0-10_amd64.deb: package says
    section is libdevel, override says devel.
  * Fix "Coolkey don't working with ActiveKey Sim" proposed patch applied
    (Closes: #634870)
  * Fix lintian warning: 
    I: coolkey: package-contains-empty-directory usr/bin/
  * Use debhelper version 9 to have automatic hardening
