Unfortunately, we can't do a straight up sync because the Debian version
of the package is still Build-Depending on python-support, although I
can't see a reason why, since pysupport isn't referenced at all in the
rules file.  Removing that B-D and the package still appears to build,
install, and run just fine.

I think in this case, I'll do a merge, but add an -XubuntuX version that
drops the python-support BD.  I've filed a bug on this in Debian and
will link this issue to it when ready.

  Please sync canto 0.7.10-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/control:
      - revert Debian changes and change Build-Depends back to python-dev: we
        already have the fix for bdo 643974.
      - drop the python-support Build-Depends.
    * debian/rules:
      - again, revert Debian changes and use just python instead of python2.6.
      - drop the override for dh_pysupport.
      - use the dh sequencer with --with python2.

  It build depends now to python-dev in debian also.
  So our default version is used.

  Package build fine.

  Changelog entries since current quantal version 0.7.10-2ubuntu1:

  canto (0.7.10-3) unstable; urgency=low

    * Bug #643816 is now fixed, so build canto against the default python
      version
    * debian/control:
      - Update Standards-Version to 3.9.2. No changes needed
      - Use my debian.org email address
    * debian/copyright: Update to dep5 revision 174
