I am not so familiar with the sync process, may be it is more
appropriated to merge the changes from science-*0.15ubuntu1 to the 0.16
packages first?

Bug description:
  I am on Ubuntu12.10 64bit.

  Please sync from debian the science-* metapackages of all flavours
  which are actual in 0.16 version in debian while 0.15ubuntu1 is in
  Ubuntu12.10 in moment.

  Also make sure to import all dependences form contrib and non-free if
  this is possible from licence side.
