Title:
  alarm-clock-applet spawns a window at startup of new user sessions

Status in Alarm Clock:
  Invalid
Status in “alarm-clock-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  At the start of user sessions, alarm-clock-applet spawns a window that
  sits at 0,0, i.e. obscured by the panel. Instead of doing this, it
  should start up with --hidden, and let the window manager choose where
  to position its window.

  Changing /etc/xdg/autostart/alarm-clock-applet.desktop to have
  Exec=/usr/bin/alarm-clock-applet --hidden instead of /usr/bin/alarm-
  clock-applet works well as a temporary workaround, but I believe this
  should be used as the default behaviour.
