    - unified runtime path, no longer using /var/tmp/L2tpIPsecVpn
    - enhanced install Makefile to create a world writable runtime directory

    - pure L2TP VPN without IPSEC encryption is now possible
    - disable connection names in context menu when there is no default gateway
    - enabled i18n and added German translation
