Looks to be all GPLv2 except for the included Boost libraries which
aren't mentioned in debian/copyright (but external boost is used
anyway). All build dependencies are in universe as well. Subscribed
Ubuntu Sponsors team which can then subscribe Archive team if they also
don't notice anything wrong.

Title:
Package Belongs in Universe as mjpegtools was moved there
Status in “bombono-dvd” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
As far as I'm aware, there is no non-free code in Bombono itself
(please correct me if I'm wrong, I confess I didn't have the patience
to read all the output of grepping for copyright) .
Rather, the reason this package is in Multiverse is because it depends
on mjpegtools, which was considered non-free until very recently.
However, it has recently been moved to Universe, and given that was
this package's only non-free dependency, I think Bombono itself should
be moved to universe now.
