Done.
Apper 0.7.1 is a pure bugfixing release, which does not provide new features. There is not changelog available at time, but if this is absolutely necessary, I can create a small one from Git commit messages between Apper 0.7.0 and 0.7.1.
Regards,
   Matthias

Title:
FFe: Sync apper 0.7.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “apper” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Please sync apper 0.7.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Debian package contains everything the Ubuntu package has (the packages
are nearly identical). It also provides Apper 0.7.1, which fixes some bugs
the current Git snapshot in Ubuntu still has.

Changelog entries since current precise version
  0.7.0~20111008-0ubuntu1.1:

  apper (0.7.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * Break the old kpackagekit package on Ubuntu
    * Depend on a PolKit agent (Closes: #658934)
    * New upstream bugfix release: 0.7.1
    * Added debian/watch file
    * Bump standards version to 3.9.3 (no change required)
    * Allow using aptd instead of PK
