Hi,

Ok about root 'sudoing': I missed the fact that boot-repair is calling a
script that chooses the best 'sudo' command.

About the second part: I installed the package that I built locally, so
it seems that you are missing some dependencies. Anyway, I've not been
able to find a 'initialization' command in any Ubuntu package. Maybe is
it because this command should be run from command line by a user...
