Builds against the 3.5 kernel.  Full sync against Debian.  Debian and Ubuntu packaging are equal now, excluding the stuff that makes our package different.

This is my last attempt to get the May packaging merged.  Had this been merged a month ago (like I wanted to), I wouldn't have to rush to create new packaging because of the procps upload.

If you reject it, I'll let you deal with it, I washing my hands of this.
