  New upstream version (1.1.31) available

Status in “yum-utils” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  There is a new upstream version of yum-utils available for packaging in Ubuntu, found in this directory:
  http://yum.baseurl.org/download/yum-utils/

  I tried to do a quick update with bzr merge-upstream, but some patches
  didn't apply when I tried to do bzr builddeb -S, unfortunately.
  Hopefully someone more proficient with fixing packages for new
  versions can fix this. :)
