Note, this changelog bit:

+    - Dropping debian/nbd-client.preinst, this was added for intrepid to
+      jaunty upgrades and so isn't relevant anymore (as long as we keep
+      our .dirs and .modprobe change)

does not apply to the current delta/debdiff any more, it was an one-time
change in the past to reduce the delta. So I'll drop that from the
merge.
