Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/fix_ftbfs_dso.patch: (LP: #765927)
    - really fix FTBFS with gold/--no-add-needed

The problem affects debian as well, and is RC critical there. I have
reopened the original debian bug reports, and NMU'ed the updated (now
really working patch) to debian.

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Update patch to really fix FTBFS with gold or ld --no-add-needed
