[Bug 1031064] Re: Sync libgc 1:7.1-9 (main) from Debian testing (main)

i386 and amd64 are confirmed to build fine in quantal schroots. The only
symbol differences in the resulting binaries were:

  Please sync libgc 1:7.1-9 (main) from Debian testing (main)
  libgc 1:7.1-8build1 was a rebuild to get correct md5sums resulting from a buggy
  pkgbinarymangler (LP: #875466).

  Changelog entries since current quantal version 1:7.1-8build1:

  libgc (1:7.1-9) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Import patches to fix CVE-2012-2673 from upstream git (Closes:
  #677195)
