Thank you for your contribution to Ubuntu.

I've uploaded your debdiff with a few modifications:
- Added a reference to this bug to the changelog
- Dropped the Standards-Version change (it's not necessary and just increases the delta to Debian)
- Ran update-maintainer on the source

Title:
  Wrong include path in libexttextcat.pc - debdiff attached

Status in “libexttextcat” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hi, I'm trying to include textcat.h, but it isn't found at the path
  provided by pkg-config.

  There seems to be a bad include path in Quantal's libexttextcat.pc:
  Cflags: -I${includedir}/libextextcat/

  I guess it is supposed to be:
  Cflags: -I${includedir}/libexttextcat/

  Builds fail unless the pc file is patched manually.

  Architecture: amd64
  Date: Fri Jul 13 14:18:57 2012
  ProcEnviron:

   PATH=(custom, username)
   LANG=en_US.UTF-8
   SHELL=/bin/bash
