The newer upstream version does extend the kernel version check to
3.2.16 at least. We still need to test that with 3.5 and on success bump
the check up to 3.5 in order to avoid confusing warnings. Potentially
this should make its way back into Precise. Though I do not know whether
it is possible to have a requested sync after release.
