Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Build using dh_python2
  * Build using dh_python2
  * Rebuild to add support for python 2.7.
  * Rebuild to add support for python 2.7.
  * Rebuild to add support for python 2.7.
python-support was switched to dh_python2/dh_python3 in 0.5.1-1, so the Ubuntu delta is no longer needed.

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Drop python3-sphinx as an alternate build-depend to python-sphinx to fix
    FTBFS (Closes: #680858)
    - The package only builds and installs html documentation for the python
      version anyway, so python3-sphinx as a build-dep is clearly wrong

    NULL-pointer dereferences
  * Add packages for Python3
