Ok, I think I misunderstood the proposed discussions I was seeing.
Somehow I thought that the decision was to use proposed even in
development releases to get things build and then copy them over to the
release pocket. And I did it that way a few times without being asked
about it. But now asking someone different it seems that never was
really decided. So it should be quantal instead of quantal-proposed.

  I did a manual merge from Debian unstable. Attached are debdiffs
  between old Ubuntu package and the merge and the current Debian
  package and the merge. Asking for review and sponsoring the upload
  into Quantal. Thanks.
