Paolo, thanks for the patch! I just pushed it in, with several
modifications:
* Version 1.1.4~dfsg-1ubuntu1 instead of 1.1.4~dfsg-2
* Target quantal instead of unstable
* build-essential instead of g++ and make
* Added the Recommends to debian/control.in too (that file isn't always present, but when it is, you need to edit it)
I'll forward this to Debian too. Thanks for helping make Ubuntu better!

The packages 'g++' and 'make' should be added to the dependency or
recommend list , becouse they are often needed when you use npm
install (e.g for npm install in the root directory when you npm-
install(ed) express)
