Thank you for your patch! While the patch applies fine against the new
0.44-3, comments in the upstream bug seem to indicate that something
else needs to be done with the patch and as such, I am going to NAK this
patch for now.

I suggest working with upstream to get a patch which they accept. At
that point we can pull it into Ubuntu. Alternatively, you could try to
get this into Debian-- if the Debian developer responsible for ical
finds it acceptable, we can then sync it into Ubuntu. If you pursue the
Debian route, please link the Debian bug to this report.

Bug description:
  Systems timezones are correct, and Evolution timezone handling is
  correct too (I sync it with caldav server, and everything works
  correctly).

  It's probably related to recent DST rules changes.
