Bug description:
  When I load up paprefs, all the networking options are greyed out and
  unable to be selected.

  the only one option in paprefs that shows up as selectable is the
  virtual output device in the last tab.

  I have tried manually editing default.pa and pulseaudio networking
  works fine.
