Please sync 2ping 1.2.3-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Verion 1.2.3-1 adds new functionality over 1.1-2, but was in the Debian 
10-day sid-testing queue when the import freeze occurred.  A sync is 
not required, but would be appreciated, thanks.

I am the Debian maintainer for 2ping, and will require sponsorship.
