  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian source format 3.0.
    * debian/patches/LDFLAGS_not_LIBADD_for_expat: Use LDFLAGS for
      external libs, not LIBADD.

  Multiarch support got added in latest version.
  The delta is not needed anymore because of this.
  Package builds fine.
