  from jpeglib.h:

  #ifdef JPEG_INTERNALS
  #include "jpegint.h"		/* fetch private declarations */
  #include "jerror.h"		/* fetch error codes too */
  #endif

  some apps do set that define and ftbfs because of the missing header

  libjpeg62 includes said file, please add ;)
