Seems this was fixed on the latest upload by Doko:

libjpeg-turbo (1.1.90+svn733-0ubuntu4) precise; urgency=low

  * Install jpegint.h in the -dev package.
  * Install jconfig.h in the multiarch include directory.

Can you try it out and see if it was fixed?

  #include "jerror.h"		/* fetch error codes too */
  #endif

  some apps do set that define and ftbfs because of the missing header

  libjpeg62 includes said file, please add ;)
