Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * d/control: build-dep on libmysqlclient-dev to pick up latest
    libmysqlclient.

This has been fixed in 0.11.0~svn1165-1.

     - raw port I/O in generic_parport driver disabled. Fixes FTBFS
