Debian has now libgwenhywfar 4.3.1-1, so I'm re-opening this bug. Please

The libgwenhywfar build system has been fixed upstream in version 4.3.0,
so it is no longer neccessary to explicitly configure the Qt multiarch
location.
I hereby explicitly confirm that the Ubuntu changes should be
overwritten.
