  Please sync flow-tools 1:0.68-12.1 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Adds $Config{ccflags} to the build environment to fix "Not a CODE
      reference" problem (LP: #936170).

  The patch has been forwarded and applied in Debian.

  Changelog entries since current precise version 1:0.68-12ubuntu1:

  flow-tools (1:0.68-12.1) unstable; urgency=low

    * Non-maintainer upload.
    * Added patch to fix error loading module with perl 5.14
